Serviced Apartments
The Serviced Apartments are spacious one-bedroom apartments, approximately 50 m2 in size with a lounge, large bedroom, a kitchenette, and bathroom.
They are designed for people who need some assistance with daily living i.e. housekeeping, meal options and laundry. Two of our serviced apartments have been accredited by the Ministry of Health for people to receive Rest Home level of care, under supervision of the Care Facility.
Services Provided
The following services are provided:
- Weekly apartment cleaning
- Bed linen and towels (provided and laundered) once a week.
- Main meal served in our Cafe.
- Other meals and laundry options are available.
If your new Home is a Serviced Apartment, you must select and purchase Assisted Living Services offered by us. We may change the availability of the Assisted Living Services offered to you.
