Serviced Apartments
The Serviced Apartments are spacious, one bedroom apartments. They are just under 50m2 in area with a lounge, large bedroom, a kitchenette and spacious bathroom.
They are designed for people who need some assistance daily living needs but not to Rest Home level care. The Village Care Co-ordinators are on duty every day to help those residents who are unwell. 24 hour Nurse Call is available in case of emergency.

These vary according to number of meals per day that people decide to have provided.

The requirement to pay service charges ceases as soon as the Apartment has been vacated and the keys returned to the Trust.

Cleaning of Apartment;
Bed linen and towels (provided and laundered);
Main evening meal (dinner) served in Rest Home dining room ;
Other meals are optional.
Additional services, such as assistance with showering can be accessed through Waitemata Health Home Care Services.
